1 1/3 oz Baldoria Vermouth Bianco

2/3 oz white tea

2/3 oz lemon juice

1 oz Elderflower liqueur

1 oz Prosecco DOCA handful of dill

40 ml Baldoria Vermouth Bianco

20 ml white tea

20 ml lemon juice

30 ml Elderflower liqueur

30 ml Prosecco DOC A handful of dill

Pour the Baldoria Vermouth Bianco, Elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, dill, and cooled white tea into a mixing glass filled with cubed ice and stir well.

Strain into a large wine glass.

Top off with 1 oz of Prosecco.

Garnish with a skewer of 3 cucumber cubes.
