Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today.
Skill level: Competent; certified weekend bartender.
Tools: Jigger, mixing glass, bar spoon, and a dash bottle

3/4 oz Baldoria Vermouth Rosso

3/4 oz Casoni 1814 IL Bitter

1 oz Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin

1/2 oz Trader Vic’s Macadamia Nut

2 dashes 20% Saline Solution

30 mL Baldoria Vermouth Rosso

20 mL Campari

30 mL Modern Australian Four Pillars Gin

10 mL Monin Macadamia Syrup

2 dashes 20% Saline Solution

Prep - place the rocks glass in the freezer for 4 hours.

Pour the Baldoria Vermouth Rosso, Bitters, Gin, Macadamia Syrup, and 2 dashes of saline solution into a mixing glass and stir for 20 to 25 seconds.

Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Garnish with a Macadamia nut.
Saline solution - one part salt and four parts water; stir until the salt is dissolved.
