Taking inspiration from lightly pink, highly drinkable, and deeply loved, Provençal rosé, Baldoria Rosé has an herbal backbone, notes of orange zest, and a toe firmly on that elusive yet essential line between dry and sweet. Drink alone, on the rocks, in a spritz, and add to a Paloma. It augments whatever you like.
Semi-sweet vermouth on a base of Piedmontese rosé wine (a blend of Dolcetto, Barbera, Freisa, and Croatina). Separate macerations of botanicals in a hydro-alcoholic solution (grain-neutral spirit and water) and wine. Natural sugars are diluted in wine solution, followed by blending of the two macerations. Aging in steel tanks followed by light filtration and bottling. Some natural sedimentation is common across varieties. No Flavors, no extracts, no colorants, no clarifying agents, no preservatives.
Wormwood (artemisia vallesiaca; artemisia absinthium); Sweet Orange; Lavender; Fennel; Lemon; Chamomile; Ginger; Macis.
Notes of fresh fig, wild strawberry, and white peach layered with lavender/ rose petal florals. Baldoria Rosé is inspired by summer rosé wine but is not dependent on it in style. In effect, Baldoria Rosé is summertime in Boves. The pink hue is maintained, with a light acidity and fresh grapefruit peel, atop a base of fennel and wormwood. Functionally, the Rosé sits next to the floral Bianco in the Baldoria lineup.
