Pairing Baldoria vermouth’s signature base of four bitter wormwoods with the grassy, herbal bitterness of Yerba Mate tea, Baldoria Mate is indeed bitter, yet supremely balanced. To maintain the Baldoria character, we opted for a more floral earthy bitter that blends with the classic wormwood base. The beautiful flavor plays well without hiding in the background or stealing the spotlight.
Semi-dry, Bitter White Vermouth on a base of Piedmontese Chardonnay wine. Separate macerations of botanicals in a hydro-alcoholic solution (grain-neutral spirit and water) and wine. Natural sugars are diluted in wine solution, followed by blending of thetwo macerations. Aging in steel tanks followed by light filtration andbottling. Some natural sedimentation is common across varieties. No flavors, noextracts, no colorants, no clarifying agents, and nopreservatives.

A moreassertive, slightly sweeter riff on the Baldoria Dry, to be sipped on its own over ice; mixed with tonic; or incorporated into classic drinks such as the Americano or Negroni.
