Light and herb-forward with notes of sage, rosemary, and ginger, Baldoria Dry was created to play with, amplify, and impart a dry, fresh base to whatever else you decide to put in your glass. That said, do not underestimate the joy of drinking a pour of it on its own, chilled, or over ice.
Classic Dry Vermouth based on Chardonnay grown and vinified in Piedmont. Separate macerations of botanicals in a hydro-alcoholic solution (grain-neutral spirit and water) and wine. Natural sugars are diluted in wine solution, followed by blending of the two macerations. Aging in steel tanks followed by light filtration and bottling. Some natural sedimentation is common across varieties. No Flavors, no extracts, no colorants, no clarifying agents, no preservatives
Wormwood (artemisia vallesiaca; artemisia absinthium); Sage; Iris; Genepy; Fennel; Ginger; Sweet Orange; Lavender.
Bright, fresh, and herb-forward, with notes of sage, rosemary, and ginger. Historically the ‘French style’ of vermouth, the Baldoria Vermouth Dry is lighter, more herbal, and less sweet compared to the Rosso. Similar to the Rosso, and as part of the Baldoria family of classic Vermouths, the Dry maintains the family base of 4 wormwoods, bringing out a fuller herbal flavor profile while maintaining the dry flavor sensation with an ABV of 18%.
