Earthy, sweet, and floral-leaning Baldoria Bianco vibes off sweet red vermouth’s spiced, herbal routine but in a lighter, fresher, sunny afternoon in fields of lavender kind of way. Swap the clove-laced Vermouth for the Rosso in a classic Martinez or Manhattan and combine it with soda or tonic.
Sweet White Vermouth on a Chardonnay base. Separate macerations of botanicals in a hydro-alcoholic solution (grain-neutral spirit and water) and wine. Natural sugars are diluted in wine solution, followed by blending of the two macerations. Aging in steel tanks followed by light filtration and bottling. Some natural sedimentation is common across varieties. No Flavors, no extracts, no colorants, no clarifying agents, no preservatives.
Wormwood (artemisia vallesiaca); Sweet Orange; Genepy (artemisia mutellina); Lavender; Cinnamon; Clove; Macis (myrstica fragans); Gentian.
Floral, exotic, viscous. The Baldoria Vermouth Bianco maintains the base of 4 wormwoods, with the floral flavors coming from the addition of lavender. Sitting on the shelf in between the herbal Baldoria Dry (think sage) and the fresh baking spice flavor of the Baldoria Rosso (think cinnamon), the Bianco bridges the two being white and herbal like the Dry and sweet and spiced like the Rosso.
